Welcome to GraffitiPets. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Overview

GraffitiPets provides custom digital pet portraits based on customer-submitted photos and selected styles. All products are made to order and personalized.

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Have read and agreed to these Terms

  • Provide accurate and complete information

2. Custom Nature of Products

All GraffitiPets portraits are:

  • Custom-made

  • Artist-illustrated

  • Created specifically for the customer

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Designs are not reused

  • Artwork may vary slightly from website examples

  • Final results depend on the quality of the uploaded photo

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing clear, high-resolution pet photos

  • Ensuring you have the right to use submitted images

  • Reviewing the digital preview carefully before approval

GraffitiPets is not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by poor-quality reference photos.

4. Preview & Approval

Before printing:

  • You will receive a digital preview

  • One (1) complimentary revision is included (minor adjustments only)

  • Major style changes are not included

Once you approve the preview:

  • The artwork proceeds to production

  • Changes and cancellations are no longer possible

Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in automatic approval.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

GraffitiPets reserves the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions

Payment must be completed before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to meet estimated delivery times but do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

GraffitiPets is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Refunds & Replacements

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Because products are custom-made:

  • Refunds are not available after artwork production begins

  • Refunds are not available after preview approval

If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement in accordance with our policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by GraffitiPets remains the intellectual property of GraffitiPets.

Customers are granted a license for:

  • Personal use only

Customers may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • Distribute

  • Use artwork commercially

without written permission.

GraffitiPets reserves the right to use artwork for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before production begins.

9. Website Content

All content on this website, including:

  • Designs

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Layout

is the property of GraffitiPets and may not be copied or reproduced.

10. Limitation of Liability

GraffitiPets is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Subjective dissatisfaction beyond agreed revision scope

  • Loss caused by inaccurate customer information

Our liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the order.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
