At GraffitiPets, every portrait is handcrafted by a professional digital artist. Each order is custom-made based on your selected style and uploaded pet photo.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review the policy below carefully.
🎨 Custom Artwork & Refunds
Because every portrait is made specifically for you:

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided artwork has not yet started.

Once the illustration process begins, refunds are no longer possible.

After you approve the final preview, the order moves to print production and cannot be canceled.
We encourage you to review your digital preview carefully before giving final approval.
✏️ Revisions
Each order includes:

One complimentary revision during the preview stage (minor adjustments only).
Major changes such as:

Switching styles
-
Changing pose or theme
-
Adding additional pets
-
Replacing the original photo
are not included and may require a new order or additional charge.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our quality.
If your printed portrait arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If damage is confirmed, we will recreate and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
🚚 Shipping Issues
GraffitiPets is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers

Customs processing delays (for GCC deliveries)
