At GraffitiPets, every portrait is handcrafted by a professional digital artist. Each order is custom-made based on your selected style and uploaded pet photo.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review the policy below carefully.


🎨 Custom Artwork & Refunds

Because every portrait is made specifically for you:

  • You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided artwork has not yet started.

  • Once the illustration process begins, refunds are no longer possible.

  • After you approve the final preview, the order moves to print production and cannot be canceled.

We encourage you to review your digital preview carefully before giving final approval.


✏️ Revisions

Each order includes:

  • One complimentary revision during the preview stage (minor adjustments only).

Major changes such as:

  • Switching styles

  • Changing pose or theme

  • Adding additional pets

  • Replacing the original photo

are not included and may require a new order or additional charge.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our quality.

If your printed portrait arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If damage is confirmed, we will recreate and ship a replacement at no additional cost.


🚚 Shipping Issues

GraffitiPets is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Customs processing delays (for GCC deliveries)
